Usage
How long does the application take?
One application lasts 8 minutes. There are three different programs to choose from, each with a preset duration of 8 minutes.
How often should the BEMER Dog System be used?
For best results, we recommend using it twice a day.
Which program should I use for my dog?
The BEMER Dog system comes with three preset programs that have been specially designed to get your dog used to the system gradually.
Start with Program 1 (lowest intensity). You can progress to the next level after one week. If necessary, switch to Program 3 (highest intensity) after one further week. Watch your dog closely and choose the program that suits them best in the long run. The three preset programs differ in intensity. Each program lasts eight minutes. For the best results, we recommend using the system twice a day.
How do the programs differ?
The programs vary in intensity. Program 1 has the lowest intensity, Program 2 has a medium intensity, and Program 3 has the highest intensity. The intensity level remains constant throughout all three standard programs, and the duration of all programs is uniformly 8 minutes.
Could using this product be harmful to my dog?
When used correctly in accordance with the instructions for use, no undesirable side effects are known. In individual cases, dogs may temporarily exhibit the following reactions:
• Fatigue
• Increased activity
• Short-term changes in behavior
These temporary changes in behavior or activity level may occur during or after use and usually resolve on their own.
What is the flux density for each program?
The flux density for each program is as follows:
Program 1 (lowest intensity): 10.5 µT
Program 2 (medium intensity): 21 µT
Program 3 (highest intensity): 35 µT
The intensity of the programs remains constant throughout the entire duration of the program.
Can I use the Dog System on damp surfaces, such as outside in the garden?
The B.Control has an IP 22 rating and is therefore protected against light dripping water. Slightly damp surfaces and light dripping water will not damage the product — but please do not place it in standing water, such as puddles, or in heavy rain.
Can I place the B.Base under a dog bed or a blanket? Do I need to increase the intensity in that case?
Yes, you can place your dog’s bed or blanket on the B.Base and use it as usual. The intensity levels of each program have been specifically tested with the Comfort Mat and are perfectly tailored to it. The magnetic field spreads out three-dimensionally over the coil.
The Dog-Line features an innovative coil design with a large-area coil, over which the field expands both in height and width according to the coil’s diameter — similar to a snow globe. This allows the B.Base Dog to be used even in combination with taller or thicker dog beds.
Generally, the field strength decreases depending on the distance. We still recommend starting with the first program and then gradually increasing to the second and third levels. Observe your dog closely and, over time, choose the program that is best suited for him.
In which cases is this application not recommended?
Do not use:
• in close proximity to pacemakers or other implanted active electronic devices (minimum distance: 50 cm);
• if diagnosed with active tumor diseases.
Use with extra care if:
• the dog is pregnant;
• suffering from undiagnosed pain;
• has infectious diseases in an acute stage, e.g., fever.

The device should only ever be used in compliance with the enclosed safety instructions. In case of doubt, consult a veterinarian before use.
Are there any side effects associated with its use?

Can the Dog Line be used if my dog is taking medication?

Can the Dog Line be used while the dog has open wounds?
The BEMER Dog System should be used with particular caution when your dog has open wounds, and the wounds should be covered if necessary. If you have any doubts, always consult your veterinarian.

Is the BEMER signal used?
Yes. The BEMER Dog Line is based on the proven and patented BEMER signal configuration.
The basic pulse structure and signal sequence remain unchanged. For the Dog System, the application has been specifically refined and tailored to the needs of dogs. The result is a solution that builds on the proven signal technology and is specifically designed to meet the needs of canine applications.
How does the Signal differ from Human and Horse products?
Microcirculation follows the same biological principles in humans, dogs, and horses. The primary goal was to retain the proven, patented BEMER signal configuration as the central element. The basic pulse structure and signal sequence are fixed and are adopted unchanged.
For dogs, humans, and horses, a targeted, finely tuned adjustment is made within clear parameters to optimally align the systems with their different requirements. In particular, the individual response and adaptation patterns of the various species are taken into account.
Dogs prefer a gentle and harmonious transmission of the BEMER signal into the body. With the BEMER Dog System, this is achieved via a three-dimensional field that spreads over the large, innovative coil — similar to a snow globe. This creates an even, balanced field distribution.
The system is specifically designed for constant, low-intensity polarization — without pronounced peaks or local intensity fluctuations (“hot spots”).
The product lines are not interchangeable, as each of the three has its own specific requirements and operating conditions.
How do the frequencies differ to the Human Line and the Horse Line?
Just like with the Human Line and Horse Line, the frequencies in the Dog Line are based on our patented and proven BEMER signal and therefore do not differ.
What is the range of the BEMER Dog System's signal?
We deliberately do not specify the exact range of the signal as a fixed value, as it depends on various factors and cannot be stated in general terms. Generally speaking, a coil generates a three-dimensional field that spreads evenly throughout the space and corresponds in size to the diameter of the coil. In principle, the range can be measured using the B.Scan.
It should be noted that the signal intensity decreases with increasing distance from the coil. The Dog System was tested with the specially developed Comfort Mat, which, due to its composition and thickness, meets the ideal conditions for ensuring the defined signal intensity and serves as a reference for optimal use.

How long does the battery last?
With twice-daily use of programs 1–3, the battery life is approximately one week.
How do I clean the B.Base?
The B.Base Dog can be cleaned by hand using standard textile cleaning agents with a damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn dirt, a hand brush may also be used. The hook-and-loop fastening areas underneath the applicator unit can also be cleaned using a brush. Antibacterial cleaning wipes suitable for polyester may be used for disinfection.
Can I wash the Comfort Mat and the Comfort Mat Cover?
The Comfort Mat Dog Cover can be hand washed at 30°C. Do not dry in a clothes dryer, please air dry instead.
The Comfort Mat is not intended for machine washing. The Comfort Mat Cover is designed for direct contact with your dog and protects the Comfort Mat from liquids and dirt.
Can the Comfort Mat Cover be tumble dried?
No. Please air dry the Comfort Mat Cover.
Can the device stay plugged in all the time?
Yes, the device can be kept in a fixed location and remain plugged in at all times.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Charging typically takes 3 to 4 hours.
