BEMER will cover the cost of room and tax for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. March 3rd, 4th, 5th. If you choose to come in early or stay additional days, these will be at your own expense. You are required to enter a credit card number as with any hotel reservation as a guarantee.
IMPORTANT!!! Please make sure that the name on your reservation matches the name on your Event Portal registration as we will cancel any reservations for names that are not registered for the meeting. Each individual person must be registered for the event. Cut off date 2/22/22

Headshots: This is your opportunity to have new headshot pictures taken. We will have the studio on site on Thursday during the Welcome reception, and in the morning/lunch hours on Friday and Saturday.
Transportation: Transportation to/from the Hyatt Regency New Orleans is your responsibility.
Dress Code: Business casual and BEMER Spirit! Dress in layers as it’s warm outside and plenty of AC inside. Be sure to check the forecast!
The Hyatt is a large property so wear comfortable shoes.
Food & Drink: Morning beverages and lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday. Provided is a list of local restaurants:
COVID Regulations in NOLA
- NOLA has their own COVID regulations that all attendees must follow: https://ready.nola.gov/incident/coronavirus/safe-reopening/
- You will need to have a valid physical vaccine card to enter the hotel, restaurants, and bars.
- Your vaccine card must show dates of both doses. It cannot be a picture of the card, but it can be the digital state-approved version.
- If you cannot show proof of vaccine you will need to provide proof of a negative antigen or PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours before arriving in NOLA.
- The test must include the individual’s name, date of the test, and results clearly visible on an official report.
- Because the 72 hours negative test window may expire while in NOLA, you will need to do a rapid test nearby to maintain your compliance with NOLA requirements.
